When you make a booking with us, we don't know if you have an EasyJet account, or what it is. So your flight booking will not appear in your EasyJet account.

  1. Go to the EasyJet website.

  2. Check if you are automatically signed in to your personal account. If so, click the "Sign out" in the top right.

  3. Click the "Check in" button on the top right of the page.

  4. Choose the "No account" toggle.

  5. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the EasyJet e-ticket reference.

  6. The EasyJet reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.

  7. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.

British Airways

  1. Go to the British Airways website.

  2. Click on "Manage" in the top navigation

  3. Provide the surname of the lead passenger on your booking and the British Airways e-ticket reference.

  4. The British Airways reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.

  5. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.

Ryanair

  1. Go to Ryanair online check-in.

  2. Choose the option to log in using your reservation number

  3. Provide the Ryanair e-ticket reference, and the booking email.

  4. The Ryanair reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.

  5. The booking email is listed in your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, just underneath the e-ticket reference.

  6. Ryanair will then ask you to assign the booking to your personal Ryanair account.

Jet2

  1. Go to Jet2 Manage My Booking.

  2. Provide the surname of the lead passenger, the Jet2 e-ticket reference, and the date of your outbound flight.

  3. The Jet2 reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.

  4. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.

Lufthansa

  1. Go to Lufthansa Online Check-in.

  2. Provide Lufthansa e-ticket reference, along with the surname and first name of the lead passenger.

  3. The Lufthansa reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.

  4. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.

Swiss

  1. Go to Swiss Manage My Booking.

  2. Provide Swiss e-ticket reference, along with the surname and first name of the lead passenger.

  3. The Lufthansa reference is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.

  4. The lead passenger is the first person listed in your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.

Vueling

  1. Go to Vueling online check-in.

  2. Provide the "booking code". This is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.

  3. Provide the email address bookings@skizoom.com.

Wizz

  1. Click on "Check-in & bookings" in the top navigation.

  2. Provide the "confirmation code". This is a six-character alphanumeric code shown in the flights section of your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your booking confirmation document.

  3. Provide the "passenger's last name". This is the surname of the first person listed in your Ski Zoom MyBooking account, and on your confirmation document.
