All our destinations are open to vaccinated travellers from the UK (hooray!), and all relevant cohorts are eligible for vaccines here in the UK. This means that we are running our holidays as planned to all destinations.

Changing your date or destination

If you can't travel on your trip as planned, but still want to get skiing this winter then we could look at changing your date and destination.

We'll never charge you any fees for changing your holiday, but your airline and hotel may do, and we'll have to pass them on to you if they do.

If you need to change your booking, please email customers@heidi.com and we can let you know what fees the suppliers will charge (if any) and by what date they will become chargeable.

Please note that we are unable to make changes within 7 days of your holiday start date.

What will it cost to change my destination or date for this winter?

If your new holiday plus any change fees and hotel cancellation penalties are more expensive than your original booking, you'll need to pay the difference. If it is cheaper, we'll refund the difference in credit.

Airline change fees

EasyJet

No change fee, just the fare difference to pay.

British Airways

No change fee, just the fare difference to pay.

Ryanair

£90pp, plus the fare difference. In many cases, it's cheaper to buy new flights.

Jet2

£35-70 depending on the change, plus the fare difference.

Lufthansa

No change fee, just the fare difference to pay

Swiss

No change fee, just the fare difference to pay

Vueling

£90pp, plus the fare difference. In many cases, it's cheaper to buy new flights.

Wizz

£60pp, plus the fare difference.

Adding people to your booking

Unfortunately, we are unable to add new people to your booking at this time. If you have friends or family who would like to join you, they would need to make a new booking.

Removing people from your booking

If there are individuals on your group booking who can no longer travel, their cancellation would be treated as per our standard booking conditions.

We can also help with name changes, where typically there is only the name change fee from the airline to pay.
